Install Live Chat

Before customers can use SignalZen on your website, you need to install the Live Chat widget.

The widget is the small chat button that appears on your website.

Add Live Chat to your website

Open the SignalZen Console and go to Live Chat.

Follow the installation instructions and add the SignalZen code to your website.

Once installed, open your website and check that the chat button is visible.

Using WordPress or Shopify?

You can also install SignalZen using supported website integrations.

Test your installation

After installing Live Chat:

1. Open your website.
2. Click the chat button.
3. Send a test message.
4. Open SignalZen.
5. Check that you can see the conversation.

If everything works, your Live Chat is ready.
