1. Open Integrations
Open the SignalZen Console and go to Integrations.
Select Slack.
2. Connect your Slack workspace
Follow the instructions to connect SignalZen to Slack.
You may need to sign in to Slack and allow SignalZen to access your workspace.
3. Start managing support from Slack
Once connected, SignalZen can send customer conversations and support notifications to Slack.
Your team can:
- See customer conversations
- Receive notifications
- Reply to customers
- Follow AI conversations
- Take over conversations when needed
AI support from Slack
Slack can also be used to supervise your AI support.
For example, your team can see that AI is handling a customer conversation and step in when a human response is needed.
This means your team does not need to watch every conversation manually.
