Connect Google Chat

Connect SignalZen to Google Chat and let your team manage customer support from Google Chat.

Your customers can contact you through your website, while your team can work with conversations from Google Chat.

1. Open Integrations

Open the SignalZen Console and select Integrations -> Google Chat.

2. Connect Google Chat

Follow the instructions provided by SignalZen.

You may need to sign in with your Google account and allow SignalZen to connect to Google Chat.

3. Manage your support

After connecting Google Chat, your team can receive and respond to customer conversations.

Your team can also use Google Chat to stay informed about conversations handled by AI and step in when human assistance is needed.
